ICE-OUT 12/23

🚫🧊📰💪 612 ICE-OUT News – Dec. 23

Officials at all levels of Government held a news conference today to break the news of what they had all known for days already: That the Twin Cities is facing a huge surge to a total of 350-450 federal agents from the original 140. Previous accounts have included that Tom Homan the Border Tsar may personally come to the Twin Cities, and the command to “Go Hard” on Christmas day. Vehicle transport semi trucks that are full of SUVs and Trucks continue to arrive at the Whipple Federal Building.

Based on all accounts from the activity on the streets of Minneapolis today, THE SURGE HAS BEGUN!

The 612 doesn’t let our neighbors and families be abducted! If you live in a less affected neighborhood please spend some time in targeted neighborhoods and honk and whistle at the sight of masked kidnappers to be the first line of alert and draw a crowd. If you live in an affected neighborhood please be out out the street and vigilant as much as possible in the upcoming days.

Many people and groups across the city and state are working to connect helpers with people who are asking for rides, groceries, info on legal support and rent support in a helpful way. If you want to help in this effort please fill out this form and put ICE OUT News as your reference and one person (with email or phone) we can contact to help with the vetting process.
  • While our connectors are taking a break for the next few days, someone from Neighbors Helping Neighbors will be in touch after Jan. 2. We know that the needs will only grow. Everyday Minnesotans can rise to the occasion and help all of our community during this time of federal overreach and persecution of Black and brown immigrants.
